This is the recipe made of roasted tofu and some crunchy veggies, all coated in some sweet and sour sauce.

What is Pad Thai?
Pad Thai (or Phat/Phad Thai) is a stir fry rice noodles recipe that is served in Thailand. It is delicious Thai cuisine. It is mainly a street food, typically made with rice noodles, meat, eggs, peanuts, lemon juice, bean sprouts, and some other vegetables. It is the sweet and sour sauce that makes it very tempting. All the ingredients are stir-fried in a hot wok that retains the crunchiness of the veggies.
Which noodles are used in Pad Thai Noodles?
Pad Thai is a sweet-savory-sour stir fry noodles recipe that is made with thin and flat rice noodles. Generally, you don’t need to boil the rice noodles, just soak them in some water (preferably hot) to soften. Follow the packet instructions for softening the rice noodles. Some soak them for an hour in room temperature water.
- Veggies: Use any veggie of your choice – mushrooms, spring onion, chives, bell peppers, bean sprouts.
- Sesame Oil: Use any cooking oil instead.
