For the Chickpeas:
- Preheat the oven to 200C (180C fan).
- Mix all marinade ingredients together in a bowl and stir to coat chickpeas.
- Spread the chickpea mixture out on a baking sheet, lined with parchment.
- Bake for 20 minutes, flipping halfway through baking time.
For the Sauce:
- In a large frying pan or wok heat rapeseed oil over medium heat.
