Beauty Glow Juice With Extra Pulp (No Juicer Needed)

Beauty Glow Juice With Extra Pulp (No Juicer Needed)

This juice is rich in vitamin A, vitamin C & antioxidants. It is not just good to boost your immunity but it clears your skin, and acne and slows down the aging of the skin too. That means we can also say that it is a natural source of beautification and keeps your skin young and glowing.

You can try this and make it a part of your regular diet. I prefer to enjoy it in the morning as it refreshes my body and it is good for my gut health too. It is a tasty and refreshing way to start your day.

What are the benefits of this juice?

I am not an expert on this but based on my research and knowledge on the subject, below are the benefits:

  1. Boosts Immunity and fights infection
  2. Clears skin and acne
  3. Good for the gut health
  4. Slows down the skin aging
  5. Good for the eyes-sight

Is this recipe Vegan?

Yes. All the ingredients used in this recipe are vegan and plant-based. All the ingredients used in this recipe โ€“ carrot, tomato, orange, ginger โ€“ are quite easily available. You can even try our amla and beetroot juice.

What can we do with the leftover pulp or fibres?

I mostly add some pulp or fibres in the juice. I use a high power blender and it blends the ingredients quite well. Because of that the fibres donโ€™t bother my throat while drinking the juice. But at times, it is difficult to drink juice with extra fibres.

If you want to use the leftover pulp or fibres, you can add it in the flour and make dough. It would make good chapati or roti. You can even collect the leftover pulp, refrigerate it and then make a broth for soups. In this juice, we only have carrots and tomato leftover. That is why, you can fry it with some onion and other seasonings and may eat it as a veggie.

Can we store the juice?

You can refrigerate it in an air-tight container for a day. But I would recommend making it fresh and consume within 2 hours. This is because of the reason that juices oxidize when they come in contact with the air. It is not advisable to consume it after many hours of making it. Fresh juice is always better.

Easy Swaps

  1. Vegetable: Add any other vegetable of choice like raw papaya, amla (Indian Gooseberry), celery, ash gourd, cucumber, etc.

Now grab all the ingredients because you are ready to make this healthy and nutritious morning juice at home. In winter, make it a part of your regular diet. It helps in boosting your immunity and fight infection.

Steps

  1. In a blender (or smoothie maker), add water, carrot, tomato, and ginger. Blend well until it is smooth and no chunks left.ย
  2. Add more water, if needed.
  3. Strain using a colander. Colander doesn't have fine mesh and that is why it retains some fibers in the juice and the juice turns out extra pulpy.ย
  4. I even add some of the leftover fibers back into the juice to make it pulpier.
  5. Squeeze out the juice of oranges or kinnow. Mix it with the juice already prepared above.ย
  6. You can even add orange pieces to the blender along with the other ingredients.
  7. Add chia seeds. Mix well and serve right away.ย
  8. This juice is quite pulpy. Strain using a muslin cloth if you don't want any fibers.
